You can use the contact form by clicking on "Book Now" at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, you can also call or email me. You will then be contacted to ask you some questions and a link will be sent to you to enter your information in the patient portal. Please note that contacting me does not establish a treatment relationship. I cannot accept you as a patient unless and until we determine that there is a fit and until various requirements, such as fee arrangements, are resolved.
During your initial consultation we will discuss different treatment modalities and decide together how best to proceed. This is an important question and your preference for treatments may change during different periods.
Determining whether psychoanalysis is right for you is a nuanced and individualized process. Readiness for analysis can change over time, what may not have been a good fit at one stage of life could become beneficial later, or with a different analyst. Because psychoanalysis involves a significant commitment of time, emotional investment, and frequency, I approach this decision thoughtfully. An initial consultation period that often spans several sessions, allows us to assess fit collaboratively and help you make an informed decision about whether analysis aligns with your goals and circumstances.
I evaluate and treat a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, PTSD (Post-Taumatic Stress Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).
At this time, I am unable to provide medication treatment for patients under 18 years of age. I may accept patients under 18 on a case by case basis for psychotherapy or psychoanalysis.
I do not evaluate or diagnose autism spectrum disorder in children or adults.

If you are outside of Illinois at the time of your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. No, I do not perform disability evaluations, workers’ compensation assessments, or Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), including court-ordered assessments or legal documentation for insurance or employment purposes.
